Services - Home Renovations Large &
Small The Homeowner/Contractor Partnership
At HWC
Construction, we believe that the process of remodeling your home can be an
enjoyable
experience with proper planning and good communication.
At the initial meeting, tell us your ideas.
We’ll be glad to offer suggestions for the design if you’re unsure
about some of the details.
We’ll also advise you regarding structural requirements per the building
codes in your area. We’ll make notes, take measurements, discuss budget concerns,
and give you a date to expect the preliminary proposal.
If
the preliminary proposal is in line with your expectations, we’ll submit the drawings, specifications, and final contract
to you for your signature.
If for any reason, you have questions about the preliminary proposal
and feel that it’s necessary to make changes, we will welcome your input, and
we will gladly work with you to fine-tune the scope of work.
After
the contract is signed, construction will begin, and from then until the
final punch list is complete, we will keep you informed on the progress.
The home remodeling process might seem intimidating; however, HWC
Construction pledges to minimize your worries. From our first meeting
until the final handshake, we will carefully listen to your concerns and
answer your questions.
We
will make your home renovation blend with your home because we want you to feel
proud of the end result; it will look like it's part of your original home.
We will make every effort to protect other areas of your home and
landscape because we understand how you feel about your home.
We will keep a clean job site and will remove debris daily because
your family’s safety is important to us.
